Title
The titlebar the same regardless of the application the document is open in. It is the same in Writer, Calc, Impress, and Draw.
It varies from operating system to operating system, however.
It gives you the name of the document that you are working on, and depending on the operating system, it will have the name of the application. The bar also contains basic buttons for the operating system, such as opening, closing, and expanding the window.
