Go To Page

The Go To Page item in the Edit menu launches a small dialog that allows you to simply go from one page to the next. It is different than the Navigation dialog that is launched by clicking the page item in the Status bar.

The Go To Page dialog allows you to quickly move to a specific page in a long document.

The Navigation dialog includes the ability to jump from one page to another, but it also allows you to jump from heading to heading as well as other items.

NOTE: In addition to the Edit menu at the top of the window or screen, the Go To Page item is also in the Edit menus that are unique to the Groupedbar Full and Groupedbar Compact user interfaces.

To access the Go To dialog, do the following:

  1. Click the Edit menu
  2. Click to the Go To Page item.

When the dialog is open, do the following:

  1. Type the desired page number in the text box.
  2. Click the OK button.

LibreOffice Writer will them move to the desired page in the document.
